All deliveries and services provided by Culatti AG to the customer are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating provisions shall only apply if they have been individually agreed upon in writing.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer.
A contract is concluded when the customer completes the order by clicking the button “Buy Now” or “Purchase Now” and we accept this order. Acceptance takes place by means of an email confirmation sent immediately after receipt of the order.

Prices, payment and retention of title

All prices quoted are gross prices in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are added and are shown separately before the order process is completed.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop, such as:
Prepayment: The customer transfers the amount after receiving the order confirmation. The goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
The delivered goods remain the property of Culatti AG until full payment has been received.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is stated in the offer. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins only after receipt of payment in our account.
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Delivery generally takes place within 48 hours after receipt of payment on working days. In the case of collection from a distribution point, the goods are usually ready for collection within 24–48 hours.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily grant our customers a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day on which you take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration (for example, by email).
The return of goods must be arranged in advance and must be made free of charge to us, meaning that you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, or to goods that are damaged or no longer in perfect condition.

Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty provisions apply. Culatti AG is liable for defects in the delivered goods in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from improper handling, normal wear and tear, or external influences.

Final Provisions

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop.
The contract language is German.
Swiss law shall apply exclusively to all disputes arising from this contract. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Culatti AG.
Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
